100% chance for cancel + all buffs cancel... It not look's like its fixed.

Mapy need restart the server to respawn again all mobs.
When will be restart they WORK 100%.

Today 01:00 will be restart the server to do respawn mobs without cancel, but tell me plz in which catacombe and what mob did cancel. Mapy have forgot 1-2 mobs to delete cancel skill. Ty

Catas/Necropolis most mobs that have cancel are the ones that look like soulless (thin, black, flying ghost like mobs) and any lillim [the ones that hold the books with black/purplish dress(drops seal stones)] and the white fat mobs that hold a mace (also drop seal stones).

Today did a check disciples necropolis and none of mob have skill cancel.
Tell me which catacomb and name of mob do still cancel to check it,
