I log in with my account in which i had my Soultaker and i cant see any char and when i attempt to make a new it says that every name exists even this: djeg324JJ

me too , all my char in any acc, has been lost
i try to make new char in same acc, as in web told to use .repair, but any name i use cant make new char, it said all name alrdy been used : (

this is a common problem in the server right now...
thats the reason of being down .. hope they ll fix it soon, or fix it in general :p
